This page says what UnityBridge collects, why it needs it, and who can see it. It covers the system as it works today.

What is collected

Information	Why it is needed
Name, birth date, sex	To identify you to responders. Birth date also marks senior citizens, who are prioritised in a response.
Contact number	So responders can call you about your report.
Email address	For the verification code at sign-up and for password resets.
Barangay and street	To send your report to the right barangay office.
Proof of residency document	To confirm you live in Batangas City before your account is approved.
Reports: description, photo, map location	This is the report itself - what responders act on.
Emergency SOS location	Sent only when you press EMERGENCY, so responders can find you.
Family members you add	People responders can reach if they cannot reach you. Only add someone who agrees to it.
Whether you are a PWD or pregnant	Optional. It tells responders who may need help first.

Who can see it

Your barangay office - the residents and reports of that barangay only.
The CDRRMO - accounts and reports across the city.
The rescue team assigned to your report - the report, its location, and how to contact you.
The public - only what a published alert shows: hazard type, barangay, description and time. Your name, contact number, exact address and documents are never published.

Where it is kept

Data is stored in the system's database on the server the CDRRMO runs it on. Verification and password-reset emails are sent through an email provider, which means your email address and the code pass through that provider.

How long it is kept

Reports are kept as a record of incidents in the city. Your account and profile are kept while the account exists. Ask the CDRRMO if you want your account closed.

Your choices

You can correct your own profile details from your Profile page.
You can remove a family member you added.
You can ask the CDRRMO to correct or delete your account.
The PWD and pregnancy flags are optional - leave them off if you would rather not say.

Location

Your location is read when you pin a report on the map or press EMERGENCY. It is not tracked in the background, and the app does not follow you between reports.
