UnityBridge does not replace an emergency call. If someone is in immediate danger, call 911 or the CDRRMO hotline (043) 702-3902 first. Use the app so the incident is recorded and can be tracked - not as your only way of asking for help.

1. Who can use it

Resident accounts are for people who live in Batangas City. You will be asked for proof of residency when you register, and a barangay official or the CDRRMO checks it before your account is approved. Barangay, rescue and administrator accounts are created by the CDRRMO for staff.

2. Your account

Give accurate details. Responders use your name, contact number and barangay to find you.
One account per person.
Keep your password to yourself. Anything done from your account is treated as done by you.
Tell the CDRRMO if you think someone else has your password.

3. Reporting hazards

Report what you actually saw, as clearly as you can, and put the pin where the hazard is. A false or exaggerated report can send a rescue team away from a real emergency, so knowingly filing one is grounds for suspending your account.

Do not upload photographs of injured people, or anyone's documents and personal details, unless it is necessary for the response and you have their permission.

4. What happens to your report

Your barangay sees reports filed in its own area. The CDRRMO sees reports for the whole city and decides which ones are verified, published as public alerts, or assigned to a rescue team. Published alerts show the hazard type, barangay, description and time - not your name.

5. Emergency SOS

Pressing EMERGENCY sends your current location to the CDRRMO along with your name and contact number, so responders can reach you. Only send it when you need help.

6. Availability

The service depends on your internet connection, on the city's servers, and on staff being available to act on what you send. It can be interrupted. Again: in a life-threatening emergency, call.

7. Suspension

The CDRRMO may suspend or remove an account used for false reports, abuse of the emergency button, harassment, or attempts to interfere with the system.

8. Changes

These terms may be updated as the service changes. The date at the top says when they last were.
